Se me seguem no instagram provavelmente já viram este spam de fotos do Azzedine Alaïa. Esta foi a primeira visita promovida pela minha escola – definitivamente uma das melhores partes deste mestrado. Ocorreu no início da semana, como parte da cadeira History of Fashion and Dress. Situada no coração de Paris, a fundação tem como intuito preservar e mostrar a bonita combinação dos trabalhos de Azzedine Alaïa e Peter Lindebergh. Foi, no geral, uma ótima forma de consolidar a cadeira. Para os amantes de moda, não podem perder.

A minha peça favorita foi a que vêem na segunda foto. Um belo fato à medida, em xadrez, feminino e moderno. Além disso, a foto da Tina Truener a subir a Torre Eiffel de saltos – sim, malta, a foto é real – deixou-me boquiaberta!

If you follow me on instagram you have probably already seen this Azzedine Alaïa photo spam already. This was the first visit promoted by my school – definitely one of the best parts of this master’s degree. It occurred in the beginning of this week, as part of the History of Fashion and Dress subject. Located in the heart of Paris, this foundation intends to preserve and showcase a beautiful combination between the work of Azzedine Alaïa and Peter Lindbergh. It was, overall, a great way to consolidate the subject. For the fashion lovers, you cannot miss it.

My favorite piece was the one you can see on the second picture. A beautiful tailored suit, checkered, feminine and modern. Also, the picture of Tina Turner climbing the Eiffel Tower in heels – yes, guys, that is a real picture – left me speechless!
