Bom dia e boa sexta-feita! Tal como já devem saber, a Sephora Portugal tem finalmente uma loja online – aqui!. Depois de horas a navegar pelo site, decidi partilhar com vocês alguns dos meus favoritos. Já ando a namorar estes produtos há imenso tempo e está a ficar mais difícil de resistir. Os meus favoritos são sem dúvida as duas paletas. Sou um pouco (muito) noob na maquilhagem por isso ainda dói gastar tanto em maquilhagem… mas não pago por sonhar, certo?

Good morning and happy Friday! As you may know already, Sephora Portugal finally has an online store – here!. After hours navigating on the website, I decided to share with you my favorites. I have been loving these products for a long time now and it has been harder and harder to resist. My favorites are definitely the two palettes. I’m a bit (a lot) noob in what concerns make up so it still hurts to spend so much on make up… but I don’t pay to dream, right?

Will you help me to renew all my make up storage?

Como vos disse há uns posts atrás, estou a pensar em renovar toda a minha maquilhagem. Nunca comprei muita maquilhagem porque, para ser sincera, sou péssima nisso. Por isso, aquela que tenho ou está quase no fim ou é tão velha que já não faz o trabalho. Por essa razão, e porque estou a tentar aprender um pouco mais sobre isso, queria pedi o vosso conselho! Há algum produto que eu devia definitivamente comprar? Ou alguma marca que me recomendariam? Com o orçamento que defini, devo comprar mais itens baratos ou itens caros mas em menos quantidade? Help!

 

As I have told a few post ago, I’m thinking of renovating all my make up storage. I never bought too much  makeup because, to be honest, I suck at it. So, the one I have is either almost finished or it is so old that it doesn’t make the job anymore. For that reason, and because I’m trying to learn a bit more of it, I wanted to ask you for some advice! Is there a product that you think I should definitely buy? Or a brand that you would recommend me? With the budget I set, should I buy more of cheap items or expensive items but less quantity? Help!

MY OPINION ON BIO-OIL

O Bio-Oil é um óleo hidratante que promete suavizar e atenuar cicatrizes, estrias, tons de pele irregulares e pele desidratada e envelhecida. Desde o seu lançamento, em 2002, tem arrecadado inúmeros prémios e críticas excelentes. É vegan e não testa em animais.
Posto isto, tenho a dizer-vos que uso este produto há alguns anos e adoro. Sinto que hidrata realmente a pele e consegue de facto reduzir estrias e cicatrizes. Para além dos benefícios óbvios para as restantes pessoas, recomendo Bio-Oil para grávidas e qualquer pessoa com uma cicatriz pós-cirurgica.
Como usar: É recomendado aplicar duas vezes por dia num mínimo de três meses. Deve ser aplicado numa cicatriz apenas se a pele estiver completamente curada. Bio-Oil deve ser massajado em movimentos circulares até ser totalmente absorvido.

Bio-Oil is a hydrating oil that promises to smooth and reduce scars, stretch marks, irregular skin tons and dehydrated and aged skin. Since it’s launch, in 2002, it has collected innumerable prizes and excellent reviews. It’s vegan and cruelty-free.
This being said, I have to tell you that I have been using this product for a few of years and I love it. I feel like it can really hydrate skin and reduce stretch marks and scars. Besides all the obvious benefits for the remaining people, I can recommend Bio-Oil for pregnancy and any person with a post-surgical scar.
How to use it: It is recommended to be applied two times per day for a minimum of three months. It should be applied on a scar only if the skin is fully healed. Bio-Oil should be massaged in a circular motion until fully absorbed.
