Como foi a vossa Segunda pessoal? Eu trabalhei muito, cheguei a casa à pouca, fui diretamente para o banho e acabei de comer um prato gigante de massa, yuuummmm. Agora estou a ver um debate na TV sobre os limites de humor, muito interessante! O que pensam sobre este tema?

Partindo para outro tópico: duas semanas até ao Natal! Que entusiasmoooo! Como é que estão a correr as vossas compras de Natal? Eu estou a meio, mais ou menos. E para aqueles que estão completamente perdidos, nada temam! A Catarina está a caminho com alguns gift guides em breve :).

 

How was your Monday guys? I worked a lot, came home a while ago, went directly to the shower and just finished eating a giant bowl of pasta, yuuummmm. Now I’m watching a debate on TV about the limits of humor, very interesting! What do you think about this theme?

On another topic: two weeks until Christmas! So exciteeeed! How is your Christmas shopping going? I’m halfway through it, more or less. And for the ones who are completely lost, fear nothing! Catarina is coming with some gift guides soon :).

Porque é que as quartas-feiras são sempre tão difíceis? O último e próximo fim-de-semana parecem ambos tão distantes! Apesar dos meus fins-de-semana daqui para a frente não serem sinónimo de descanso. Tenho mandado muitos currículos (para dentro e fora da minha área), a semana passada fui chamada para uma entrevista e ontem ligaram-me a dizer que fui aceite! Inicialmente só me candidatei para o mês de Dezembro mas pediram-me se não poderia ficar por mais tempo, por isso não sei como será ahah. Este é fora da minha área mas acho que vai ser divertido na mesma! Pelo menos vou receber um salário, woop woop.

Mais tarde falarei melhor sobre isto! Agora tenho de tentar sobreviver a esta gripe e fazer o máximo de aulas de código que conseguir esta semana xx.

 

Why are Wednesdays always so hard? The last and next weekend both seem so far away! Although my weekends ahead won’t be a synonym of rest. I’ve been sending a lot of resumes (both inside and out of my field), last week I was invited for a interview and yesterday they called me to tell me I was accepted for the job! Initially I just applied for the month of December, but they asked me if I wanted to stay longer so I don’t know how it will go ahah. This one is out of my field but I think it’ll be fun anyway! At least I’ll get a salary, woop woop.

I’ll talk more about that later! Now I have to survive this flu and do as much driver’s ed classes as I can this week xx.

Este look foi um sucesso no meu instagram! Tal como a parede atrás de mim por isso parabéns ao artista, ahah. Também adorei o look, especialmente a combinação de cores. Esta camisola é 3 tamanhos acima do meu mas eu gosto deste tipo de formato, super confortável! Além disso, este são calções de Verão mas nada que uns collants não resolvam.

Agora vamos enfrentar este Sábado! Adiantar algum trabalho de manhã e depois vou almoçar à minha avó, como sempre. À tarde vou para a minha outra avó fazer a árvore de Natal #1, ahah. Amanhã é dia de árvore de Natal #2, mas desta vez em minha casa! É tempo de começar a ouvir músicas de Natal em repeat (se não o fazem já), começar a pensar no menu de Natal e ver aqueles filmes que já vimos 20 vezes (sim, Sozinho em Casa TEM de ser um deles). Falta um mês, que comece a contagem decrescente!

 

This look was a success on my instagram! Just like the wall behind me so congratulations to the artist ahah. I also really liked how this look turned out, especially the color combination. This knit is 3 sizes above mine but I like these kind of fit, super comfortable! Also, these are Summer shorts but nothing tights can’t fix. 

Now let’s face this Saturday! Catching up on some work in the morning and then I’m going to lunch at my grandma, as always. In the afternoon I’m off to my other grandma and do Christmas Tree #1, ahah. Tomorrow is time for Christmas Tree #2, this time at my house! Time to start listening to Christmas songs on repeat (if you haven’t yet), start thinking about Christmas menu and watch the movies we have already watched 20 times (yes, Home Alone HAS to be one of them). One month to go, let the countdown begin!
