Feliz domingo malta! Consegui misturar The Kooks com Fight Club e Van Gogh num só post – tantos dos meus favoritos. Descrevo-me sempre como uma apaixonada por todo o tipo de arte e aqui está a prova! Além disso, acho que usar merch é uma boa forma de mostrar a vossa personalidade através de roupa. Não acham?

Estas fotos foram tiradas sexta-feira após o trabalho, na praia. Mas voltei ao mesmo sítio hoje! A minha irmã está de volta para visitar a família e, ao que parece, quando se vive longe daqui, uma das primeiras coisas de que se tem saudades é de ver o mar. Parece que vou descobrir se isso é mesmo verdade em breve ahah. Vivem longe da vossa cidade natal? Qual a coisa que têm mais saudades?

Happy Sunday everyone! I managed to mix The Kooks with Fight Club and Van Gogh in just one post – so many of my favorites. I always describe myself as a lover of all kinds of art and here is the proof! Plus, I think wearing merch is a nice way to actually show your personality through your clothes. Don’t you think?

These pictures were taken on Friday after work, at the beach. But I actually went to the same place today again! My sister is back to visit the family and it seems that when you live far from here, one of the first things you miss is seeing the sea. I guess I will find out soon if that is really true ahah. Olá mundo e olá abril! Têm planos para este mês? Tenho aproveitado as minhas férias esta semana, carregado baterias e feito planos para o futuro. A Páscoa vai ser passada em casa sem planos nenhuns à excepção de comer muito. A primavera chegou finalmente por isso espero dias mais solarengos e planos mais entusiasmantes assim que as restrições acabarem. Talvez um picnic no parque? Um passeio longo pela praia? Ou até ir jantar fora, num dia de loucura!

(Apercebi-me que nunca tinha partilhado estas fotos da minha viagem a Évora por isso… aqui têm! O Alentejo vai sempre ter um lugar especial no meu coração ♥).

Hello world and hello April! Any plans for this month? I have been enjoying my holidays this week, recharging batteries and making plans for the future. Easter will be spent at home with no plans at all besides eating a lot. Spring is finally here so I am hoping for sunny days and more exciting plans once the restrictions end. Maybe a picnic in the park? A long walk at the beach? Or even going out for dinner, on a crazier day!

(I realized I had never shared these pictures from my trip to Évora so… here you go! Alentejo will always have a special place in my heart ♥).

Lembro-me de adorar esta frase quando era mais nova. Acho que foi o meu status do MSN algures no tempo (#sdds) ahah. A verdade é que eu gosto mesmo de pessoas que sorriem quando chove! Figurativamente ou não. Gosto de pessoas que sorriem no geral. Mas sorrir numa tempestade é bem difícil, certo? Ainda assim, tenho a certeza ue há sempre alguma coisa que te fará sorrir! É a tua música favorita? O teu animal de estimação a pedir-te paa brincar? Chocolate quente? O sol a bater-vos na cara num dia de inveno frio? O que vos faz sorrir num dia triste?

E lembrem-se, por favor, é um mau dia, não uma má vida. ♥

 

I remember loving this quote when I was younger. I think it was my MSN status at some point in time (#sdds) ahah. Truth is, I really do like people who smile when it’s raining! Figuratively and not. I like people who smile in general. But smiling in a storm is damn hard, right? Nonetheless, I am sure there will always be something to make you smile! Is it your favorite music? Your pet asking you to play? Hot Chocolate? The sun hitting your face on a cold winter day? What makes you smile on a sad day?
