Acho que esta vai ser para sempre uma das minhas músicas favoritas. Pelo menos uma das minha favoritas dos Cage the Elephant. A forma como esta música me tocou há um ano atrás… Lembro-me de a ouvir com lágrimas nos olhos e tentar deseperadamente encontrar um significado nisto tudo. Odeio despedidas. Mas nem sequer poder dizer adeus… acho que isso é o pior de tudo. A vida é demasiado curta e imprevissível, não deixem nada por dizer ou fazer. Não assentem por menos do que aquilo que merecem. E tirem o máximo proveito desta viagem.
I think this will forever be one of my favorite songs. At least one of my favorites from Cage the Elephant. The way this song hit me a year ago… I remember listening to this with tears in my eyes and desperately trying to find a meaning in all this. I hate goodbyes. But not even being able to say goodbye… I think that is the worst of all. Life is short and unpredictable, don’t leave anything unsaid or undone. Do not settle for less than you deserve. Make the most out of this journey.
