Estou a sentir-me artsy hoje. E estar rodeada de art e natureza é o que mais me inspira. Na sexta fui ao Louvre e vi tantas peças de arte lindas! Ontem fui a um jardim ler e absorver vitamina D. E hoje acordei mais cedo, fui ao café tomar o pequeno-almoço e pus as minhas últimas inspirações em papel. Desenhar não é o meu talento, de todo. Mas criar um conceito que possa ser traduzido em algo tangível dá-me tanto prazer!

As últimas duas semanas de aulas foram no Marangoni. Tive um curso de Design Research and Creativity Direction (onde tivemos de criar um conceito e uma coleção para uma marca), e diverti-me tanto que nem parecia estar na escola! É este sentimento que aspiro ter quando regressar ao mundo do trabalho. É claro para mim, agora mais que nunca, que eu preciso deste meu lado criativo no dia-a-dia. Ah, e já agora, um croissaint com café numa esplanada parisiense ao sol de manhã também seria bom no dia-a-dia, obrigada!

I am feeling artsy today.  And to be surronded by art and nature is what inspires me the most. Friday I went to Louvre and soaked on so many beautiful art pieces! Yesterday I went to a garden to read and catch some Vitamin D. And today I woke up earlier, went to a café for breakfast and put my latest inpirations into paper. Drawing is not my talent, at all. But coming up with a concept that can be translated into something tangible gives me so much pleasure!

The last two weeks of classes were in Marangoni. I had a course of Design Research and Creativity Direction (where we had to create a concept and a collection for a brand), and I had so much fun it didn’t even feel like school! That is what I aspire to feel when I get back to the work world. It is clear to me, now more than ever, how much I need this creative side on my day-to-day. Oh, and since we are here, a croissaint and coffee on a parisian terrace in the morning sun would be a nice daily thing too, thank you!
