New in May

 

Foi um ótimo mês! Cheio de novas experiências que eu vou levar para toda a vida. O maior acontecimento foi acabar o mestrado e, claro, começar o estágio. Passei muitos bons momentos na minha graduação! Foi um dia muito especial. A minha família viu a cerimónia online então ainda consegui compartilhar um pouco deste dia com elas. A foto acima correu a minha cidade Natal toda. Cometi o erro de a enviar para a minha mãe e ela reenviou para toda a gente! Recebi mensagens de parabéns toda a semana ahah tão fofos! E até agora tudo está a correr bem com o estágio também – e o mais importante é que estou a aprender muito.

 

What a great month this was! Full of new experiences that I will take for my whole life. The biggest highlight of the month was finishing the masters degree and, of course, starting my internship. I had such a good time at my graduation! A super special day. My family attended the ceremony online so I could also share a bit of this day with them. The picture above has ran my full hometown. I committed the error of sending it to my mother and she forward it to everyone! I kept receiving congratulation messages from everyone for a week ahah too cute! And so far everything is going well in the internship too – most importantly, I am learning a lot.

No primeiro dia da minha cadeira de ‘Running and Managing Fashion Shows’ fizemos uma tour pelos sítios mais emblemáticos da Paris Fashion Week. Desde a Opéra de Paris à Place Vendôme e ao The Westin Hotel. Queria visitar a Opéra há imenso tempo por isso foi muito bom poder visitar e conectar um sítio tão mágico à moda.

 

On the first day of my ‘Running and Managing Fashion Shows’ course we did a tour through the most emblematic places of Paris Fashion Week. From Opera de Paris to Place Vendôme and The Westin Hotel. I wanted to visit Opera for so long now so it was super nice to do it while connecting such a magical place to Fashion.

Também tivemos a oportunidade incrível de experienciar a história do Notre Dame através de realidade virtual.Foi TÃO DIVERTIDOOOO! A minha primeira experiência de realidade virtual de sempre. E consegui ver Paris no século XIII como se estivesse mesmo lá! A adicionar à list está um sunset que fizémos no Flow, perto do Sena. Comida e bebida de borla, não me posso queixar! Na noite dos museus visitei o Palácio de Tokyo mas meh, não é incrível. O que ganha é a vista do museu!

 

We also had the amazing opportunity of experiencing the Notre Dame history through virtual reality. It was SO MUCH FUUUUN! My first ever virtual reality experience. And we got to see Paris from the XIII century like we were just there! Adding to the list is a sunset we did in Flow, next to Seine. Free drinks and free food, I cannot complain! For the night of the museums I visited Palais de Tokyo but meh, not amazing, I have to say. All the points go to the amazing view of the museum!

Este mês tive tantos piqueniques que perdi a conta. Sempre em busca do sol! E de comida. Fizemos um especial com grande parte da turma, foi muito bom. Agora veremos o que Junho tem guardado. Tenham um mês incrível!

 

This month I lost the count of picnics I did. Always chasing the sun! And the food. We had a special one with a big group of people from our class so that was nice. Now let’s see what June has in store. Have a beautiful month!
