HYGGE

Hello guys! Today I bring you a suggestion of a book to read during the holidays. A friend of mine showed me this book and I loved the simplicity of it so much I had to read it!

I read it all in an afternoon, it’s easy to read, simple but beautiful. It doesn’t tell a history with a beginning, middle and an end. Instead, it is the perfect guide to a lifestyle the hygge way – everything from cooking, decorating and entertaining. For those who don’t know, hygge is a danish word for life moments brimming with happiness, comfort, loved ones, favorite things or beautiful places.

Overall,  I love the way this concept is presented in the book. It’s so refreshing and just reading it made me happier. It felt like a hug in a book. But careful: You’ll want to move to Denmark after reading this!

WINTER BOOKS

Além disso, é tempo de começar a usar a lareira e quão bom é sentar perto dela a ler qualquer coisa?
Recomendam?

Finally I have time to start reading a book. I think John Green books are the best ones to read in times like this, when I just finished my test week and I don’t really feel like thinking ahah It is also great to read them in the bus, time flies (I think I read An Abundance of Katherines in like… 3 bus trips ahah)! Plus, it’s time to start using the fireplace and how nice it is to sit nearby it and read something?
Has any of you read one of this books? Do you recommend it?
