O meu pequeno-almoço hoje: granola com iogurte, banana e mel. É uma ótima opção para um pequeno-almoço saudável e nutritivo! Fiz a granola em casa com uma receita que retirei do blog Honest Onion e acabou por ficar delicioso! Ainda mais do que a que se compra no supermercado, claro. Também é uma ótima opção para aqueles dias extremamente quentes em que não te apetece comer nada para além de fruta. Ás vezes quando temos muito calor (e preguiça) até comemos isto ao jantar! Se és fã de granola deves mesmo experimentar esta receita!
My breakfast today: Granola with yogurt, banana and honey. This is a great option for a healthy and nutritious breakfast! I made the granola at home with a recipe I took from the blog Honest Onion and it ended up being delicious! Even more that the one we buy at the supermarket, of course. It’s also a great option for those extremely hot days when you don’t feel like eating anything but fruit. Sometimes when we are too hot (and lazy) we even eat this at dinner! If you are a fan of granola you should definitely give this recipe a try!
