Este foi o meu dia preferido destas férias. Comer pizza na praia enquanto se vê o pôr-do-sol com o amor da minha vida — a noite romântica perfeita! Também levámos outros petiscos para o aperitivo, uma garrafa de vinho rosé e fruta para a sobremesa. Foi maravilhoso! Não consigo acreditar que nunca tenha feito isto enquanto morei a 10 minutos da praia durante quase 25 anos… Agora quero fazer isto todas as semanas!

 

This was my favorite day of this vacation. Eating pizza on the beach while watching the sunset with the love of my life —the perfect date night! We also brought some other snacks to start with, a bottle of rosé wine, and fruit for dessert. It was wonderful! I can’t believe I never did this while living 10 minutes from the beach for almost 25 years… Now I want to do this every week!

Que comecem as publicações sobre as férias de verão! Regressei ontem a Paris, com muito sol e água do mar na minha bagagem. Passámos uma semana em Le Grau-du-Roi e, num dos dias, fizemos uma pequena excursão a Aigues-Mortes, uma pequena vila medieval fortificada que remonta ao século XVIII. A parte antiga da vila é realmente linda, repleta de restaurantes, cafés e casinhas encantadoras. Por isso, claro, estava também cheia de gente. Passámos a tarde por lá, a dar uma vista de olhos nas lojas, a comer gelados, a saborear bebidas frescas e a tirar fotos. Vale definitivamente a pena fazer uma paragem se alguma vez estiverem por estas bandas!

 

Let the summer vacation spam begin! I got back to Paris yesterday, with plenty of sunshine and seawater in my luggage. We spent a week in Le Grau-du-Roi, and one day we took a short trip to Aigues-Mortes, a small, fortified medieval village dating back to the 18th century. The old part of town is really beautiful, full of restaurants, cafés, and charming little houses. So, of course, it was also packed with people. We spent the afternoon there, browsing shops, eating ice cream, sipping cold drinks, and taking photos. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re ever in the area!

Tal como no último post, venho apresentar-vos algumas opções de sapatos para a mulher de negócios e para a mulher em férias!

O tempo ainda está bastante quente em Paris, por isso consigo facilmente imaginar-me a usar chinelos até ao final de setembro. O número 5 é ótimo para um passeio de fim de semana, mas o número 4 também fica bem para o escritório ou para uma saída à noite, com a sua elegante cor bordeaux e o pequeno salto baixo.

Se estás ansiosa pelo outono, mas o tempo ainda não está a colaborar, os sapatos tipo mary jane ou os mocassins são uma excelente opção. Adoro os mocassins de camurça emnúmero dois! Consigo pensar em mil maneiras de os combinar e, além disso, a cor é tão chique!

Similarly to the last post, I come to present you a few shoe options for the corporate girl and the vacation girl!

The weather is still quite hot in Paris so I can easily see myself wear flip-flops until the end of september. Number 5 is nice for a weekend stroll but number 4 is nice also for the office or a night out with the chic burgundy color and the little kitten heel.

If you are starving for autumn but the weather is just not quite there yet, the mary janes or loafers are such a great option. I just looove the suede loafers in number two! I can think of a thousand ways to style them plus the color is so chic!
