Bonjour, Paris !

Nem acredito que o meu sonho de infância se vai realizar hoje! Quer dizer, agora mesmo! Aterrei em Paris e estou de momento no autocarro para o centro da cidade. Esta vai ser a minha casa por, pelo menos, um ano. Ohhhh a felicidade de estar numa das minhas cidades favoitas do mundo para fazer uma das minhas coisas favoritas do mundo! A gratidão pela oportunidade. A tristeza de deixar a minha família e o meu país. Mas o orgulho em mim mesma por ter superado todos os obstáculos – e foram muitos – para estar aqui hoje. Estou a sentir tudo ao mesmo tempo! Hoje é o prmeiro dia do resto da minha vida.

Manter-vos-ei a par das Aventuras da Catarina: Versão Parisiense. Mal posso esperar! À bientôt!

I cannot believe my childhood dream is becoming true TODAY! I mean, RIGHT NOW! I’ve landed in Paris and I am currently on the bus to the city center. This will be my home for, at least, one year. Ohhhh the joy of being in one of my favorite cities in the world to do one of my favorite things in the world! The gratitude for this opportunity. The sadness for leaving my family and my country. But the pride on myself for overcoming every obstacle – there were so many – so I could be here today. I am feeling everything at the same time! Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
