Finalmente sinto que o espírito do Outono chegou! O frio já cá está há várias semanas mas não era o suficiente. Faltava-me o sentido de novos começos e novas rotinas. Se calhar só precisava de Outubro! Por isso aqui fica uma ode ao outono de 2024: camisolas de malha, tons neutros, bebidas quentes e muito jounraling. A um estilo de vida saudável, tempo passado com as minhas pessoas e tempo passado comigo. A novos hobbies, novas experiências e memórias incríveis! Vamos tirar o melhor proveito destes três próximos meses, ok?

Têm planos para esta reta final de 2024?

I finally feel the spirit of fall has arrived! The cold was already here for some weeks now but that was just not enough. I was missing the feeling of fresh starts and new routines. Maybe I just needed October! So here is to fall 2024: chunky knits, nude tones, hot beverages and a lot of journaling. To a healthy lifestyle, time spent with my people and time spent with myself. New hobbies, new experiences and wonderful memories! Let’s take the best out of the three next months, shall we?

Nothing will be the same in a year

Nada será o mesmo dentro de um ano. Ou mesmo dentro de alguns meses. Algumas coisas que amamos acabam e outras começam. O mesmo para as coisas de que não gostamos! Tudo aquilo a que damos demasiada importância não importará em breve. Em apenas um ano, a tua vida pode dar uma volta de 360º – tal como a minha deu. E muitas das mudanças estão escondidas em pequenos hábitos diários. Tu vais encontrar um emprego, uma casa e o amor – se é isso que procuras. E tudo levará o seu tempo. Mas vai chegar!

Acima de tudo, é importante aproveitar os pequenos prazeres da vida – o resto vai-se fazendo. Ver o teu filme favorito enquanto chove lá fora. Pintar uma tela enquanto a luz entra pela janela. Crepes ao domingo. Arte. Flores. É aqui que a verdadeira felicidade está escondida se ao menos a conseguirmos reconhecer.

Nothing will be the same in a year. Or even in some months. Some things you love will end and others will begin. Same for the things you don’t like! Everything that we give too much importance to, won’t matter soon. In just a year, your life can take a 360º turn – just like mine. And a lot of changes are hidden in daily habits. You will find a job, a house and love – if that is what you are looking for. Everything will take its time. But it will arrive!

Above all, it is important to enjoy the little pleasures in life – the rest will get done eventually. Watching your favorite movie while it rais outside. Painting a canvas while the light enters through the window. Sunday crepes. Art. Flowers. This is where true happiness is hidden if only we can recognize it.

Acabadinho de sair do forno! Criar este tipo de colagens é um dos meus hobbies favoritos ahah. Criei este esta tarde porque queria mudar o fundo do meu ambiente de trabalho por isso… tadaaaaa! Estou a partilhar com o mundo para que vocês me ajudem a manifestar esta vida de sonho ♥. Versace, Viktor & Rolf (nunca me identifiquei tanto com uma coisa como me identifico com o vestido “F*ck this I’m going to Paris” deles), Dior, Fendi, Paris, comida, café, malas, flores e amor. Fresh out of the oven! Creating collages is one of my favorite hobbies ahah. I have created this one this afternoon because I wanted to change my desktop’s backgroud so… tadaaaaa! I am sharing with the world so you guys can help me manifest this dream life ♥. Versace, Viktor & Rolf (never related to anything as much as I relate to their “F*ck this I’m going to Paris” dress), Dior, Fendi, Paris, food, coffee, bags, flowers and love. Just a few of my favorite things!
