One week of outfits #2

Está na hora de um novo one week of outfits – desta vez edição inverno! Tenho de admitir, nem todas as fotos foram tiradas na mesma semana. Porque nem sempre tenho a sorte de ir sozinha no elevador! Pior que não poder tirar as fotos que quero, só a small talk que tenho de fazer quando vou no elevador com alguém que mal conheço. É o pior!

Penso que o segundo look é o meu favorito. Um look all black com acessórios coloridos nunca falha. Os brincos e a mala saltam à vista e eu adoro brincar com acessórios statement. Qual é o vosso favorito?

It is time for another one week of outfits – this time winter edition! I must admit, not all pictures are from the same week. Because I do not have the chance to go alone in the elevator everyday! Worse than not being able to take the pictures I want, only the small talk I have to do when I take the elevator with someone I barely know. The worse!

I think the second one must be my favorite. An all black look but with colorful accessories never fails! The earrings and the bag really stand out and I just love to play with statement accesories. Which one is your favorite?

Primeiro post de maio, portanto… Feliz mês de maio! Já adorava este mês antes, quando a primavera está no seu auge, os dias começam a ficar mais longos, os dias mais quentes, e os planos para o verão estão mesmo ao virar da esquina. Mas agora que vivo em França, adoro ainda mais! Cada semana tem um feriado, não é incrível? Estou a experimentar as semanas de trabalho de 4 dias e não as quero deixar ir.

Esta semana que vem tem dois feriados de seguida por isso vou aproveitar para ir um pouco mais longe em França. Espero que esteja bom tempo! Estou farta dos dias chuvosos e nublados. Adoro o Outono e Inverno mas já tive o suficiente nos últimos 8 meses. Está na hora dos dias ensolarados!

 

First post of May so… happy May, everyone! I already loved this month before, when spring is at it’s peak, days are getting longer and warmer and all the plans we have for Summer are just around the corner. But now that I live in France, I love it even more! Each week has at least one holiday, how amazing is that? I am experiencing the 4 days work-week and I am not ready to let it go.

This week to come has two holidays in a row so I am taking the opportunity to leave a bit further away in France. Hopefully it will be a nice weather! I have to say I am tired of the cloudy and rainy weather. I love Fall and Winter but I’ve had enough for the last 8 months. It is time for sunny days now!

Mesmo depois de 2 anos e meio a viver nesta cidade, ainda me impressiono com certos cantinhos que descubro. A Cour Damoye é uma via privada mesmo pertinho da Bastilha e é caracterizada pelo charme pitoresco que vêm nas fotos. Encontrei-a por acaso, num dos meus passeios pela cidade. E parei para tirar estas fotos porque a achei demasiado amorosa! Ainda por cima, vazia. O que é raro em Paris! Uma loja de arte, muitas plantas e uma fonte antiga com uma linda estátua – a adicionar à vossa lista caso gostem destes recantos perdidos.

 

Even after two years of living in this city, I am still amazed by certain corners I find. The Cour Damoye is a private route very close to Bastille and it is characterized by its pictoresc charm. I found it by mistake in one of my walks around the city. So I stopped to take this pictures because I found it so lovely! And empty. Which is very rare in Paris! An art store, a lot of plants and an ancien fountain with a beautiful statue – add it to your list if you like this lost nooks.
