O girls day perfeito!

Wedding Dress Shopping

It has ben a craaaazy year! Between a lot of personal and professional challenges, here is the most exciting one: I am getting married!

This weekend my family came to Paris to help me choose THE dress. We started the day with a brunch in Montmatre and we spent the whole afternoon trying on dresses. The perfect girls day! And we found the one! And it is funny how it was one of the first ones I tried on.

Between all the pinterest boards, calls with supplier and infinite to-do lists, I am starting to see the big day gaining life. But there is still a lot to do… So if you see I have disappeared from here, you know what I will be doing! Can’t wait to share everything with you ♥

2 WEEKS IN JAPAN

2 weeks in Japan

2 weeks in Japan

2 semanas no Japão

2 weeks in Japan

Just returned from two weeks in Japan! This country wasn’t on my list for the next few years, but when we received a proposal to attend a wedding in Japan, we had to say yes. Honestly, I wasn’t super impressed. Maybe because social media is giving the impression that it’s an otherworldly country where everything is amazing? But, for me, there’s a certain inconsistency between the culture and the lifestyle in the big cities that bothered me. Plus, we experienced a heat wave (around 40º) which made sightseeing in the cities much more uncomfortable, as you can imagine!

My favorite part was undoubtedly the countryside, near Mount Fuji, where everything seemed more natural and simple. The people are welcoming, the food is good, and the landscapes are breathtaking. Kawaguchiko and Hakone – I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of visiting the Japanese countryside! Other activities we did and loved: the onsen, which was amaaaaaazing at our hotel, and of course the karaoke in Tokyo, which was super fun and the best way to end the trip!

WHIMVOY REVIEW

Whimvoy Review

Whimvoy Review – use code CM20 for 20% off!

I am back with a Whimvoy review – that was a super fast delievery! I was not expecting it to be that fast but I was so excited yesterday when I came back from grocery shopping and I saw a nice purple packaging waiting for me. The packaging in which each article comes is also super nice – everything purple with a monogram inside each box – I love these little details ♥.

As far as the products are concerned, I am very surprised with quality. They all have a very luxurious touch to it. The cases, for example, are thick and not super malleable (which causes a little more difficulty than usual to put them on, but once they are on, I’m sure the phone is super protected). Also LOVE the free hands feature as I told you about on the last post.

I am still testing everything but I leave here my first impressions. In case you are interested, do not forget to use the code in the title for 20% off!
