A weekend in Lille

Entregei o último projeto do mestado.

Tenho as minhas prioridades bem acentes!

Last week was an emotional roller coaster. The internship started. Last master’s project was done and sent. Graduation ceremony weekend in Lille. Three hours bus to Paris sitting close to a weirdo that wouldn’t shut up. But it was pretty great!

I cannot wait to receive the official ceremony pictures so I can save them here. But until then, here are some good memories of the city. Lille is very very cute but I dressed up for the ceremony and forgot to think about an outfit to visit the city, ups. Even though I had a jacket, I was a biiiit cold! I still got the chance to try the famous Moules Frites, though. Partially because they are traditional and partially because it’s the name of a Stromae song. I have my priorities straight!

So. So.

Picnicking in Jardin du Carrousel

E a vista bonita do 31º andar do arco.

Yesterday was the last day of master classes and we are all a bit nostalgic already. It all went way too fast! It feels like I have waited for this adventure for longer than it actually lasted. Well… I still have some 6 exciting months in front of me, at least! But the free hot chocolate machine is over. And the pretty view from the 31st floor of the arch. And the weekly complains about the group projects to be done in three days maximum. Ok, this last one is actually a relief.

So to celebrate, I am sharing a couple of pictures from a recent picnic with the girls. Meeting so many people from all over the world was for sure one of the most enriching parts of the experience!

ROMAN HOLIDAY (1953)

Roman Holiday (1953)

Roman Holiday (1953)

Any movie with Audrey Hepburn is worth watching. Even if it is just to look at her! But Roman Holiday is one of my favorites. And it is the first movie where Audrey has a leading role – for which she received an award of best actress.
