Qual é a vossa?

Good morning everyone! Yesterday was such a stressful day. A lot of things happened but in the end everything ended just the way it was supposed to be. So today I feel happy and grateful. And if there’s one color that reminds me of happiness is orange!

Think about one thing that you are grateful or happy for today and share in the comments! I’d love to hear about it. And by thinking about it maybe you’ll feel even happier afterwards. Let’s do this? <3.

Coffee Break

Happy mornings <3.

One thing you HAVE to do in Italy is try their coffee or cappuccino. If you are a fan of coffee, of course. There was this little coffee shop in our hotel’s street (in the second picture, so Italian, isn’t it?) that seemed so lovely, we had to have a coffee break there in one of our mornings in Rome.

A quick note: most coffee shops (if not all) will charge you if you choose to seat. If you want to avoid paying more you can choose to eat at the counter or ask for take out.

5 Tips for visiting Vatican City

A quick view + tips for Vatican Museums

Goodnight everyone! Today I want to talk to you about our visit to Vatican. I have five tips if you are thinking about visiting it in the future. Ready?

1. I advice you to buy the tickets online. You will pay an extra fee but it’s totally worth it. You can’t even imagine how big the line to get in was! But because we bought the tickets in advance, we didn’t wait at all.

2. Buy the tickets online AND with time. We bought them about a week before the trip but all the “normal” tickets were sold out. We had to buy a ticket that included lunch and, although we were able to eat a lot, it doesn’t justify the price we paid for.

3. Save a day only for the Vatican. We spent more than 5 hours inside the museums + Sistine chapel and I’m not even sure if you saw everything ahah.

4.  Make a quick research before going. Most of the things you’ll see have a lot more meaning if you know the story behind it!

5. Go early so you can visit St. Peter’s Basilica before the Museums. We planned on going after and the line was insane! This happens because the entry is free ahah.
